Shipping always depends on total weight, volume and customer's address. If the order is bigger (more chandeliers), the transport price per one chandelier is lower.

Send us your order and your address as soon as possible and we will tell you the price for air or mail transport. The air transport lasts about 4 days, the transport by mail takes between 7 and 14 days.

Are your chandeliers compatible with the US wiring/electrical systems or will it require some changes before hanging it in our home?

The LuckyGlass chandeliers made for North America have got American electric cables SPT1 and SPT2, American standard holders E-12, 120V, 50/60Hz.

What is the lead content of the crystals in your chandeliers? Are all glass parts made from crystal material?

LuckyGlass company produces three type classes of chandeliers:

Crystal chandeliers. Glass components of chandeliers are made from press crystal. Metal components are from furbished brass and Preciosa trimmings are machine cut - strass with the 30% lead content.
Coated Crystal chandeliers. Coated Crystal chandeliers, which are made of coated crystal parts, look in the same exclusive way as if they were made of the real gold or silver. Chandeliers are intended especially for customers who love their noble shine.
Leaded Crystal chandeliers. Hand blowed crystal components are made from the 24% lead hand cut crystal of two colors. Metal components are from furbished brass and Preciosa trimmings are machine cut - strass with the 30% lead content.

Do the chandeliers get disassembled during shipment and is it easy to assemble them when it arrives to us?

Do you ship chandeliers to the United Kingdom and do your chandeliers work on the UK electrical system?

We have been sending our chandeliers to the USA, Canada, the United Emirates, Australia, Thailand, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, etc. For the UK we produce our chandeliers with the special UK holders.
