Ordering your crystal chandelier is very simple, through our online shopping system. For your convenience, we have provided detailed instructions. If this is your first chandelier order, please also take the time to acquaint yourself with our delivery and payment conditions, discounts and guarantees. If you prefer not to shop online, we have provided alternative shopping methods.

Composing your order is very easy. Follow these steps:
- Look through our chandeliers in the Catalog. Click on any picture to open a bigger, higher quality image.
- On the catalog page, select the crystal chandelier you would like to order.
- Enter the required quantity into the box below the chosen chandelier.
- If there are options for that product, please choose the correct option from the pull-down menu.
- Click on the [+] button. This adds your chosen chandelier into your shopping basket.
- You can change the order quantity or remove the item from your basket at any time. You will see the price of each item and the total price, including any available discounts.
- Repeat the whole procedure until you have finished choosing chandeliers and putting them into your basket.
- Finally, you will be able to double check the whole order, and send it.

On receipt of your order, we will invoice you for the total sum by email or fax, within 7 working days from date or order. The invoice includes the total price, transport and insurance charges. At the same time, we will advise you of the expected despatch date of your order.

If your order total is less than 1,000 EUR, we ask you to pay the full amount before the chandeliers are despatched. If your order exceeds 1,000 EUR, we ask for payment of 50% after confirmation of your order and the remaining 50% before the goods are despatched.
The majority of chandelier orders are completed within 30 days from date of order. If they are shipped via air, you should receive the goods within 4 days of despatch. If they are shipped via sea, you would normally receive the goods within 30 days of despatch.
Transport and insurance costs are calculated individually for each customer, according to the total weight and volume of the goods, the delivery location and the type of the transport required. We recommend transport with ZOOM CARGO or with SCHENKER company. However, you are free to choose your own transport company, as you wish.

Several times each year we feature a special offer on a particular chandelier. This special offer is not related to the volume discounts described above, and will be applied even if you order only one chandelier of the given type.
Please note that a special offer cannot be combined with other discounts, and that any chandelier on special offer should be ordered separately by e-mail.

Guarantee
LuckyGlass crystal chandeliers are designed to light interiors in a normal, dry environment. All of our chandeliers are guaranteed to operate in normal conditions for 24 months from date of sale.
The buyer must check the delivered goods immediately. Any defects must be notified to us in writing (email or fax acceptable) within 3 days of date of receipt. The buyer must provide full details of the defects and their position. Claims should be addressed to our head office:

The complaint must be accompanied, in all cases, by copy invoice, payment and delivery records and the properly completed guarantee sheet for the reclaimed goods. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods or their function as a consequence of unqualified use, external events, or poor handling. Such instances are not covered by the guarantee. We undertake to inform customer about the complaint procedure within 3 days of receiving the complaint.
Complaints About Transport Companies
We ship our chandeliers through carefully selected transport companies, chosen for their quality and competitive charges. In the unlikely event of any damage in transport, please follow these instructions:
- Inspect the consignment together with haulier.
- If the packaging is damaged (tattered, drenched
) make a note of this immediately with the haulier.
- Don't allow the haulier to persuade you that the consignment was packed badly. We consistently take great care with our chandelier packaging.
- In the event of any dispute with a transport company, please inform us. Title your email or fax "Transport Complaint", describe the problem, and give both your and the haulier's contact information, and the invoice (consignment) number.
We will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you. We will not allow damaged consignments to spoil our customers' chandelier buying experience.
Money Back Guarantee
For your satisfaction and security, we offer a Money back guarantee. We understand that, when buying online, you have not had the opportunity to inspect our chandeliers first hand. We are confident that you will be delighted with your order, but we offer this money back guarantee in order to offer you further peace of mind.
If you discover that a chandeliers is not for you, you may return it and we will refund your payment by bank remittance or by money order.
Money back conditions:
- the goods must be absolutely unbroken, in the original unbroken packaging, well packed, saleable
- the buyer must return the consignment within 14 days of receipt
- the returned consignment must contain a bill copy, an invoice copy and a properly completed guarantee form
- we will reimburse only the price paid for the goods, not postage or packing costs
- goods must be sent through the standard postal service; we do not accept consignments sent for cash on delivery
