The Lotos chandelier looks really perfect for our needs: classic but clean design, the colored glass is beautiful and the chandelier cleaning time is less than the other classic chandeliers that have many chains of trimmings. About 15 years ago my wife and I bought a LUCKY GLASS chandelier for our dining room. It was so beautiful that we took it with us when we moved to our present house. Our experience was so good with that purchase that we recently ordered a smaller chandelier (CH-03 Crystal-AS) for our small breakfast area. It too is beautiful! We are very impressed with the quality and quality control of the chandeliers. Each part is carefully wrapped in paper and bubble wrapped so there is no damage in shipping. show more The crystal packages are clearly numbered, so it is sraightforward to assemble according to the provided instructions and common sense. I am handy enough that I did not need an electrician to do any of the wiring and installation. Delivery was very fast, and their customer service is excellent. What more can I say?

After some internet research I came across Lucky glass as makers and suppliers of chandeliers based in Prague. I was looking to source a large chandelier, and a small chandelier. I entered into dialogue with Martin lucky who was extremely helpful in helping me choose the style of chandelier as it had to closely match the shape of the original chandeliers that I had inherited. show more Martin offered to modify the smaller chandelier in order to reach my specifications, and so the order process commenced. I have to say that at first I was nervous spending such a large amount of money on products I had’nt seen and with an overseas supplier. My initial nervousness was quickly replaced with confidence and optimism as the company were in constant contact with me via email and the chandeliers were delivered by Fedex in a timely manner and very well packed. I was advised at each stage prior to final delivery. Upon opening the packages and starting to assemble the chandeliers it very quickly became obvious that I had purchased quality products. My initial gamble had paid off and all I can say is how wonderful these two pieces look in my home. During the assembly we broke one of the small components and found another to have a slight crack. These were replaced within two working days and the company paid for both the replacement as well as the Fedex courier charges. I conclude by saying that I have enjoyed this seamless transaction with Lucky Glass and cannot praise them enough on both their quality of product and their immediate responses to emails and 100% after sales service. I wish every transaction was as professionally handled as this has been I have no problem highly recommending Lucky Glass, it has been an absolute pleasure!

They look beautiful, were very reasonably priced, and the service we have received from Lucky Glass has been outstanding.show more On two occasions they have sent us replacement parts free of charge – the first when our builder mislaid a piece during assembly and, more recently, a replacement for a fitting that was damaged when a bulb blew. During my trip to Prague a few months back, I could appreciate the quality of the czech glass for the first time, so I bought a few presents for my family. A few month ago we were very skeptical regarding idea of purchasing large amount of chandeliers on line from the company (even from such reputable company as Lucky Glass) located in Czech Republic, ship them to the USA, and install them in our new house in Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania, USA). Now we absolutely happy that we made that wise decision and purchased 7 chandeliers and 8 sconces from Lucky Glass. This is because the whole process was flawless and the product is absolutely gorgeous. At the beginning we had few questions and all of them were addressed by Jaroslav or Martin with very friendly attitude and deep knowledge of the product and processes. The transaction was smooth, the shipment was prompt. The product was 100% compliant with the US standards, each fixture had a detailed and clear installation instruction, our installers had no problems with installation. I must say that the final result is sensational. You cannot compare this sparkling Bohemian beauty with low quality imports from Asia that looks good only on a picture. We have few older chandeliers from Schonbek company which is synonymous with quality and luxury. I am 100% positive by saying that Lucky’s products are absolutely on the same level of quality and beauty but the price is much more reasonable because we were buying directly from the manufacturer without middleman. Hi All at Lucky Glass, I am pleased to say that I have finally finished the installation of my Lucky glass Chandelier, painstakingly assembled by myself. I purchased CH-10 Crystal-NB Chandelier. It meets all my expectations. Crystals that fit over each candelabra base - they reflect light and a great additional feature. Also I liked a clear crystal in the middle base at the bottom of the chandelier. It looks great from anywhere in the room. It shows through a window above our front door and looks great. We have received tons of compliments on it already. No one believe I ordered it on-line site unseen.

At first, I was worried about the packing and possibly broken parts when I saw the Fedex multiple shipping transits from Czech Republic to France, and then to China before arriving at the final destination --- Singapore. I am pleased that the shipment of 3 chandeliers arrived safe and sound. The packing was excellent and with individual parts wrapped securely with bubble wrap and the whole box was strapped to a giant egg carton/crate for cushioning. When we installed the 3 chandeliers in the bedrooms, they look stunning, especially the Galaxy with Swarovski trimmings. We cannot stop staring at them. My only regret is that I should have ordered one more chandelier. I also wish to thank you for the excellent service in helping me to rush the orders and following up with me over the phone and on emails proactively after sales. We received our chandelier last Tuesday. We installed it this past weekend. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The chandelier is beautiful and looks lovely in our dining room.
